If you do not add a custom name, the athlete’s name will be left as pictured. If chosing to add your name to the back, the Staff Members signature will be placed on the sleeve. If you would like no name on the back and for it to be left blank, please type in the notes at the bottom.

If adding name on the back, select font style you would like. Brush Script will be used by default. You may use the font that is on the replica unless it is the person’s signature.
Select the location you would like our #BeCoolCrew Staff Member’s name to be located on the jersey. If you have already added your name on back of the jersey, please select Name on Sleeve or No Name. If there is no name on back pictured for this jersey, please choose “No Name on Jersey”.
