Collar Style *
When planning to add logos or custom text to a collar, please choose Sash Zip or Polo Zip. Logos are not able to be added to Crew Necks, V-Necks, and V-Collars. If applicable, please list collar logos in notes section below.

Add or remove inches of fabric from the vertical length of the jersey.
Name On Back Orientation (Optional)
If no option is chosen diagonal will be used
Font Style for Name on Back (Optional)
If adding name on the back, select font style you would like. Brush Script will be used by default.
