Originally from Colombia, been in the US since the year 2000. Became a US Citizen in 2014 and a PBA member in 2016, the same year I made the Colombian National team.
Became a Storm and Turbo staffer in 2017 and have been in South Florida all 23 years.
I am a student of the game and have always been inclined to coaching others in different aspects of life, specially sports. I am a USBC certified coach and have a masters diploma from Kegel’s KCMP program in the elements of Direction, Speed and Release.
3 of my students in recent years have been offered full ride scholarships for bowling after leaving high school.
Started bowling because of my grandpa. He was in the army of Colombia and would take me to bowl with him.
I love competing. I’ve played a multitude of sports at a high competitive level (soccer, tennis for example). I always love the feeling of putting in the work and achieving your goals through hard work and dedication.
I have a few, making Team Colombia ranks pretty high up, but winning for my country and hearing the national anthem played because of something that you did will always be special.
